Museum Quality cameo depicting a Napoleon I era Lady. The dress she wears is just from that era. Cameo is mounted as a bar brooch, the working of the gold is amazing, if you look well you can see that there are the three colors of the gold, yellow, rose and red. Seed pearls, flowers and leafs enhance the brooch. You can see even an arrow going through the brooch, and another one on the top of the brooch. Arrows, in Victorian era, symbolized love. This a fine example of jewellery of that era and in mint conditions. This is another masterly carved cameo. A very desirable collectors piece, rare and museum quality cameo.
